He has two decades of experience in narcotics and explosives detection dogs. His final position was ensuring safety at Miami International Airport. Currently as part of Dynamic Integrated Security, he applies his expertise to safeguarding schools, places of worship and the community.

Isaac N. Strattan is a security professional with over seven years in security management, including armed roles. Certified in Crowd Management and CPR/AED and licensed in Concealed Carry and Security (D & G licenses), he leads school safety as a Regional Manager at Dynamic Integrated Security. A U.S. Navy veteran and Eagle Scout, Isaac is committed to safety and reliability.

Tyler Martin is a mission-driven law enforcement instructor and former SWAT team leader with extensive experience in tactical operations, officer training, and military service. A U.S. Army Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer veteran, he brings the discipline, strategic mindset, and leadership skills gained in active duty to every aspect of his law enforcement career. Certified as a Law Enforcement Instructor through the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST), Tyler has led specialized teams, developed advanced training programs, and earned multiple Life-Saving Awards and top honors in marksmanship and performance. He combines real-world operational experience with a strong commitment to excellence, readiness, and ethical leadership in the preparation of today’s officers.

With active SCI clearance, he brings reliability and discipline to school security.
